DESCRIPTION
The Trashtights started out of the idea of being able to repair your tights once they get holes and demaged. Using a special pain the user can stop holes from getting bigger and at the same time makes it possible to develop a new personal look.
The punk aesthetic related to the product made me think about the motto which would synthesize the product experience: “Destroy and Create”.
Inspiration came came from great fashion designer: Wivienne Westwood
Extra strong tights – are normal tights stronger in the most exposed places with a thin layer of puffy paint. I used screen printing technique to realized my design. This kind of puffy pain need to be heat up with a curtain temperature to pervade tights fibres and protect it from cracking further.
