Colour plan for 2006 cell phone task forces / ASUS/ 2005
MY RESPONSIBILITY
Responsible for creation of a color concept for a new line of Asus Mobile phones, I had to follow the existing product guideline and divide work into 4 categories: living, business, luxury, thinking. Those are the four segments Asus Mobile was targeting to.
DESCRIPTION
Each colour concept design followed user preferences studies, competitors overview and trend research. Base on the research we predicted the direction which new trends can evolve towards. We collected images, colours, finishes, material samples and field trips observations. Then we created material boxes to inspire the designers in their future designs. The designers were required to follow the defined colours and textures for each product segments.
