I don’t agree with that statement. I know how to cook, but I am not a professionalist. I use food to express myself. It is an easy way to get quick results and to test new ideas. I love experimenting, inventing new shapes, flavors and recipes.
From time to time I take care of friends expositions, providing creative catering and working with local galleries. I like to have a theme I can work on.
