Initial Challenge

In collaboration with Exipple and its spin-off startup, Immersivo, the objective was to design a layout for a new type of bank branch that integrates innovative, gesture-driven interfaces to enhance customer experience and engagement in public spaces.

The Method

The approach involved:

  • Collaborative Design Development: Worked closely with Exipple and Immersivo to understand the capabilities of their proposed solutions and how they could be effectively integrated into the bank branch environment.

  • Spatial Planning: Designed the physical layout to accommodate interactive installations, ensuring optimal customer flow and accessibility.

  • User Experience Focus: Emphasized creating an intuitive and engaging environment that leverages gesture-driven technology to simplify banking processes.

The Solution

The proposed bank branch layout featured:Service & Concept Design Researcher

My Involvement

As the Service Designer, responsibilities included:
