Internal Research Recruitment Tool

Initial Challenge:
Customers began to express dissatisfaction, feeling overwhelmed by frequent requests for feedback and research participation from different RA research teams. We needed to revamp our recruitment process for the benefit of both our organization and our customers.

The Method:
To address this challenge, we partnered with a research agency to create a practical tool that simplifies the recruitment process for professional agency use. Additional tests with RA workers were conducted.

The Solution:
We developed an internal Recruitment Tool that connects research teams directly with the agency, enabling them to provide guidance on research and recruit the right participants based on the provided information.

My Involvement:
I played a direct role in the design process, guiding the tool’s designer, and collaborating closely with the developers.
