Initial Challenge:
The main Goal of the study is to evaluate the actionability and
understandability of “Campaign Grouping” promotional messages for
first-time users, assessing how the copy explains the concept of
Campaign Groups, and how effectively it motivates users to either click
for more information or create a first campaign group.
The Method
We ran a moderated study with 6 external users.
The messaging variations include:
1) We have 3 copy variations of bubble titles and promotional messages
2) We tested a “word cloud” of terms
Which terms and expressions bring more clarity when explaining Campaign Groups?
3) We tested the desired placement of Campaign Groups promotional information within the Platform.
The Solution
This study directly influences the features and roadmap for 2026+
