Industrial Design Process

It is based on the Design Thinking method, lean startup, and teamwork. Of course, the process varies depending on the type of project.

It may start with:

  • analysis of trends
  • defining user needs
  • grouping their needs and creating challenges
  • analysis of user behaviour
  • building a product prototype

Innovation process = Team work

I am used to work in a small team where the interdisciplinary knowledge is interchanged between the team members. We learn one from the other and progress the project thanks to our knowledge and project management skills.

We start project together  and together we deliver it. In some part of the concept development we split and each person takes more responsibility over the development of specific opportunities.  However each person must contribute to projects of others via workshop and team working sessions.
Sometimes it may seems there is no logic to it, but it seems to work quite well.
